Welcome to the Emerald Grill website, a product line from ZEUS Grills. The Emerald 30" and 42" grills are built and designed for a simple purpose; to give you the high heat you demand with the build quality you expect. Each grill is manufactured in Southern California with 304 stainless steel welded construction. ZEUS products are designed for the true Culinary aficionado who enjoys quality components with a lifetime of serviceability. Nothing on our machines detract from the goal of experiencing a perfect cooking system, so you won't find LED lights, computers, 9-volt ignition systems or infrared main burners. Each machine is hand-made with longevity and performance as a benchmark. There is nothing 'computer-aided' about the products - they are raw grilling machines and they have been genuinely commercially-certified and are up to ANSI standards.
The Emerald grilling line comes in only two sizes: the 30" is designed for a maximum culinary experience of six people. For larger gatherings, the 42" grill is designed for a maximum culinary experience of 10 people. Both units have a genuine infrared rotisserie burner and come complete with a rotisserie system. The come palletized, and we have an optional crating program for cross-country or foreign shipping. The crating program is at no additional cost.
The ZEUS Grill line is manufactured by a company who has a proven record of excellence in designing, engineering, and building restaurant-quality, commercial kitchen appliances.
